Convenient - Affordable

For many travelers getting to Orlando is only half the challenge. Stressful flights combined with long lines at the car rental (hire) desk cause many guests to become overwhelmed.

Then comes the final challenge, driving to our office to pick up the keys to their vacation home. Orlando International Airport is a minimum 20 minutes drive to our offices without traffic. In the evening many guests become confused with the roads and often get lost.

We have the solution!

At the time of reservation ask for "Express Check In" so you can drive directly to your vacation home. Once there you will find one of our specialty "locked boxes" with keys inside.

No need to come to our offices!

Upon check out simply place the keys back in the locked box! No need to return keys to our office, allowing you extra time to get to the airport.

How is this Possible?

Before you arrive a representative from Alexander Homes will place the "locked box" at your vacation home. Upon check out a representative will collect the box.

How Much?

This is service costs $50

Restrictions:

  • Must be arranged at the time of reservation
    or within 30 days of arrival
     

  • This service only applies to bookings direct
    through Alexander Homes
     

  • Does not apply to Travel Agency bookings
     

  • Reservations must be pre-paid
     

  • At the time of reservation you shall receive a confirmation email which includes 2 registration forms. Both forms must be completed and returned to Alexander Homes within 30 prior of arrival.

 

When do I get the Vacation
Home Address?

For security reasons we will only release the home address
up to 4 days prior to arrival.

When the address is released, you will also receive security alarm information and gate code information if applicable.

Check In Time?

Arrival at the vacation home is to be NO EARLIER than 4 pm.
This allows us time to prepare your home.

Check Out Time?

Departure from the home must be NO LATER than 11 am.

What about Directions?

We suggest using Google Maps to obtain directions to your vacation home.
