A $300 US dollar deposit is required to hold any vacation property. This amount is applied towards your final balance which is payable on arrival with exception to our Christmas / New Year / Easter periods when full balance is due one month prior to arrival.

Registration Forms:

A copy of our registration forms will be attached to your booking confirmation paperwork. This must be completed, signed and returned to us prior to arrival. Otherwise, you will be required to complete and sign these forms upon arrival at our office.

Registration Forms - Credit Cards:

You will be required to submit credit card information which will be kept on file, only to be used in the event you cause damage to the rented property. The rented property hall be inspected upon your departure to insure nothing is damaged or missing. As the client reserving the property and as the person who will fill out the registrations forms, you will be 100% responsible for all members of your group or family. After the inspection has been cleared, your confidential credit card registration form will be removed from our files.

Payment:

The Alexander website features prices in USA, Canadian and UK Sterling. 

Payment - Canadian Clients:

Canadian guests may pay the full balance of their rented property upon arrival in Canadian dollars, tax inclusive, using a bank certified check or money order (no personal checks), with exception to our Peak Season that requires full payment 30 days ahead of arrival.

NOTE: We cannot accept Canadian dollar payments using a credit card as our machine will only process US dollar amounts

Payment - UK Clients:

Guests from the United Kingdom are required to pay in USA dollars based on the value of the pound two (2) weeks prior to arrival. Please call our office to lock in the final US dollar amount.

Special Homes:

Cancellation:

Cancellation for Reasons Beyond your Control:

Force Majeure:
Alexander and Associates shall not be liable for costs or losses incurred due to delays or cancellations in the clients vacation. Nor shall the client / guest have the right to terminate this agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond Alexander and Associates control. These situations include but are not limited to: Acts of God, War, Insurrections, Government restrictions, Natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, floods etc), Riots or other acts of major upheaval, Performance failures of parties outside the control of the contracting party (e.g., disruptions in telephone service attributable to the telephone company or labor actions by employees of a common carrier), Any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance has become affected.

Pets and Animals:

No pets or animals will be allowed entrance into our vacation homes with exception to those animals assisting the disabled. Documentation required. Consult with a reservations agent for complete details.
