AA will never allow a client to receive a substituted accommodation unless problems with the home are found during the transit period of the client and advance warning of the change becomes impossible. AA does not warrant the use of community features that may be closed temporarily due to maintenance or operational requirements. Compensation is not available when the condominium closes these shared features for required maintenance or repair.
