  • No pets allowed except those registered to assist the disabled

  • A $500 (non refundable) US Dollar deposit is required at the time of reservation. The $500 is applied towards your final rental payment.

  • Full rental payment required to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. If your arrival is less than 4 weeks from the time of reservation, full payment shall be required at the time of reservation.

  • All rates plus 13% Florida Resort sales tax

  • Payments by Credit Card subject to a 3% handling fee
