To confirm a booking a deposit of $300 to $500 is required. You will be required to complete our registration form leaving a credit card number that will cover any possible damages or missing items in the home following your stay. This form is available to complete on this website. If not completed and returned prior to your arrival you will be asked to complete it at our office prior to traveling to the rented property. This form will also be used to cover any extra rental charges including but not limited to: late departures from the home (with prior written consent), and if for any reason we have not received the key back from you upon check-out, a penalty charge of $50.
CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR’S AND EASTER RESERVATIONS
All accommodations booked for these periods must be pre-paid one month prior to date of arrival. Less than one month prior to arrival this amount is non-refundable. Travel insurance is recommended to cover any non-refundable charges.
CHANGE OF RENTAL ACCOMMODATION
There is a $50 administration charge if the client changes or reduces their vacation dates, except when adding additional days or upgrading to a larger or more expensive property. This amount will be added to the final balance. Alexander & Associates Ent. Inc. (Alexander Holiday Homes) cannot be held responsible for any financial loss should the client’s change of dates not be able to be accommodated in a specifically reserved property.
Any no show is subject to a penalty charge equal to the full rental amount.
Any cancellation of a booking by the client must be made in writing (with a signature) and is subject to the cancellation charges as listed on our website under the section called FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS. For a complete listing of cancellation charges please follow this link:
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- CHECK – IN TIME IS AFTER 16:00 HOURS (4:00 PM) ON THE FIRST DAY
- CHECK – OUT TIME IS BEFORE 10:00 HOURS (10 AM) ON THE FINAL MORNING
- Any changes to these times will be made only after permission in writing has been given by Alexander & Associates Ent. Inc. When available, upon request, early check-in or later departure may be arranged at a cost of $20 per hour for all 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom properties and $30 per hour for all 5, 6, and 7 bedroom properties. Children must, at all times, be supervised by parents when using home and swimming pool facilities.

Inc. / Alexander Holiday Homes Inc. / property owners do not accept any responsibility or liability for any accident, injury, illness, loss of personal items, or damage sustained to any person during the rental period including use of the swimming pool facilities, regardless of howsoever it may have occurred.
Alexander & Associates Ent. Inc / Alexander Holiday Homes Inc. / property owners do not accept responsibility or liability for any failure of services in the home / apartment regardless of how it may have occurred. However, in the event of a problem, the client should inform our local management members of staff who will endeavor to do everything within reason to rectify the problem.
All information regarding the properties is checked to ensure the accuracy of descriptions however we are not always able to control all of the components of the home and it is possible that an advertised facility or rental may be withdrawn or changed due to circumstances beyond our control and for which we do not accept liability.
ANIMAL AND PET POLICY
NO animals are permitted except those trained to assist the disabled. Proof of training may be required at the time of reservation and at check-in. Please telephone us for more information about government requirements.
As per the AMERICAN'S WITH DISABILITIES ACT, companion pets are not permitted to stay in our vacation rentals.
