We also can arrange for a corporate retreat , private wedding or anniversary party.

Jade East Condominium  Resort
We manage most of the vacation rentals in this private 80 townhouse estate. We have many two or three bedroom rentals. Each sleeps 6 or 8 individuals. Features include full kitchens, full living and dining rooms and two full bathrooms. All have washers and dryers.

Jade East Resort has a large yet private pool and spa that are heated for your winter comfort. Plenty of pool area to enjoy a group get together. Jade East has ample group parking with two available spots per rental. There is a Publix Grocery store within walking distance and excellent group friendly restaurants down the road. WALT DISNEY WORLDŽ RESORT is located 20 minutes east if you use the new Osceola Parkway. Kissimmee Bay and Remington Golf and Country Clubs are located down the street. World Class shopping at the Florida Mall is 20 minutes away. The largest Central Florida Farmers Market beckons bargain hunters with it's 900 booths. World class bass fishing is available on Lake Toho. It's all about 2 miles from Jade East resort.

Group Rates Apply when Renting three or more townhouses. Ideal for Groups up to 40 in size.

Vacation Homes with Private Pools:
We have several large pool homes in many  South Orlando, Kissimmee and Celebration area neighborhoods. You can find them featured on our Home Tours list. at  http://www.floridasunshine.com/ht/complete.htm   Each has 4-5-6 or 7 Bedrooms plus a private pool.

U$A Group Vacation Home Rates:
Savings up to $45 per night on stays of 5 or 6 Nights Vacations for maximum $100 in savings per villa

U$A Group Vacation Home Weekly Rate:
Save $50 to $100 per week if staying 7 Nights
Minimum three houses required for these group savings

Group travel defined as identical dates and the same group or family. One Security Deposit per rental is required. Full payment must be made as one transaction and not divided between individuals in the group. Not all homes are available for this program.
