Express Check-In and Check-Out

 

When you arrive in Central Florida you must come to our office to check-in for your vacation home. That takes time! When you check-out you must also return the keys to our office. That takes time!

Why come to our office when you can go directly to the vacation home?

At the time of reservation ask for "Express Check-In" so you can drive directly to your vacation home. Once there you will find one of our specialty "locked boxes" with keys inside.

No need to come to our office!
Upon check-out simply place the keys back in the locked box!

How is this Possible?

Before you arrive a representative from Alexander Homes will place the key / locked box at the vacation home. After you check-out the key / locked box shall be collected.

How Much?

$25 for Express Check-In
$25 for Express Check-Out
$50 for both Express Check-In and Check-Out

Restrictions:

  • Cannot be arranged on day of arrival, must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance.

  • At the time of reservation you shall receive a confirmation which includes registration forms.

    All forms must be completed and returned to Alexander Homes before specific home information can be released.

  • Any costs / fees for your vacation
    must be pre-paid in full

 

When do I get the
Vacation Home Address?

For security reasons and to protect the privacy of guests who may already be staying in the vacation home we shall not release specific addresses until 7 days prior to arrival.

When the address is released, you may also request maps and written directions.

Check-In Time?
Standard check-in time is 4pm

Check Out Time?
Check-Out from the home must be NO LATER than 11am

Gift Bags?
With normal Check-In at our office each guest receives a gift bag.
These are available only at our office.
