  • Did you know many Hotels in Florida do not heat pools?

  • Did you know that the  Disney hotels ,Universal Hotels and the major Water Parks heat their pools to a
maximum 78F between November and April?

  • Pool Heating is expensive to operate and we charge to cover operational costs only.

  • Pool Heaters cost thousands of dollars to install. Gas heaters are more expensive to operate but they can be more reliable on cold winter days.

  • We maintain water temperatures at 82F
(subject to change if the daytime temperature does not rise above 55F)

  • We need a minimum two days notice regarding pool heating and you must have it at least 5 days

  • Not all homes on our website  have pool heaters

  • The majority of the spas featured on our homes are connected to the same pool heater. If you do not pay for pool heat  the water in most spas will be the same as the pool.

  • Some of our villas have independent spas that you control. When this is the case there is an automatic surcharge of $ 25 per week added to your rental amount.

  • Solar heated pools  are reliable between March and November. December through February there may not be enough sunny daytime hours to allow them to operate effectively.

The choice is yours but why spend thousands of dollars on your vacation only to try and save a few dollars and not be able to use the pool ?
