Restrictions and Limitations
-3 and 4 Night stays have an additional cleaning fee based on the size of the home
-5 nights and longer and we waive the cleaning fee
-Sale rates are plus 13% Resort Sales tax
-Minimum 3 night stays for these sale rates
-Not all homes on our website are included in this program
-One discount per reservation and can not be combined with any other promotion
-Executive Homes have an extra surcharge starting from $100 per vacation
-Sale Rates not available after May 18th, 2008
 (Reservations extending beyond May 18th, 2008 will be priced at normal rates)

You can request a specific villa but for this type of sale we can not guarantee what is available.

Major Credit Card required
Non refundable $300 Credit Card payment must be made at time of reservation.
Remaining balance to be paid upon arrival (pre-paid is also acceptable).

NO REFUNDS if you cancel or change travel dates.
In the event you need to cancel we can hold your payment  towards a future
reservation placed  within the following 6 months and at the rate for that period.

Upgrades and changes if possible
If you select a home and then decide to change to another larger home a
minimum $50 administrative will be applied.

Registration upon arrival:
All guests are required by Florida law to sign at our hotel register within 48 hours of arrival.
Your confirmation package will include key collection details and after-hour arrival  instructions.

Optional Pool Heating Suggested November through May
