HEATED POOLS:
Available to book in advance (pre-paid) through Sunwing. Please contact Sunwing and / or the travel agency you made a reservation with if you have questions about the heating of the swimming pool.
Maintains Pool Heat to 10F Degrees above the
average outside air temperature - Maximum 85F / 28C
UPGRADE COST: $38 American dollars per day, multiplied by the duration of your rental.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have chosen to not have the swimming pool heat option, this option will be considered "locked out" 72 hours prior to the date that you arrive in Orlando which means that upon arrival the pool heating option may no longer be available to add to your reservation. If you have questions contact Sunwing / your travel agency at least 72 hours or more prior to arriving in Orlando. |

THE ARRIVAL PROCESS:
How do you travel from Canada to the assigned rental house in Florida?
- To have arrived at this website would indicate that you have created a reservation with the Sunwing company either through a travel agency or direct with Sunwing.
You should have travel documents from the Sunwing company with many pages including one that is specific to the rental house category. (You will need this document to complete our online check-in.)
- Prior to your arrival in Florida you are required to complete the online and registration process (on this website). We ask that you do so at least 7 days prior to arrival and preferably as soon as you create the original reservation with Sunwing. Unlike airlines that only allow you to check-in 24 hours prior to the flight, you may officially check-in and register with us at any time after the original reservation was created and prior to your arrival in Florida.
- Once your online check-in and registration has been received at our local Florida office, a member of our staff will then contact you to confirm receipt and to give additional information about your individual reservation as it pertains to the rental property.
- THEN: 24 Hours prior to your scheduled arrival at the Sunwing Orlando rental home, we will transmit (by email) the specific home assignment. This will include the: address, door codes, telephone numbers to contact us, as well as any other important information pertaining to the home.
- Upon arrival in Orlando, Florida you will then proceed directly to the front door of the assigned property. (We do not provide transportation).
- During your stay you may contact us with any questions or concerns that may arise.
- On the final morning you would exit the property no later than 10:00 in the morning. You would ensure that all the doors and windows are locked and secure. After your departure we will then clean and prepare the home for the next family.
