TWO CATEGORIES
There are two categories: SILVER and GOLD. Both are 3-star middle class accommodations. Upgrading to the GOLD category means you will be placed into the closest available rental house locations from the entrance of the Walt Disney World Resort (up to 30 KM driving distance). The GOLD category also refers to houses that are larger in square footage compared to the standard / SILVER category.
