The $500 is deducted from the total cost of the home.

Full rental payment required to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. If your arrival is less than 4 weeks from the time of reservation, full payment shall be required at the time of reservation.

Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival all payments are non-refundable.
