A member of the Alexander Holiday Homes staff will contact you within 24 hours after you have submitted the online form to re-confirm the details of your reservation and provide arrival instructions to the rented property.
If you are not comfortable using this online form we offer the same registration process by PDF that you would manually print, sign, scan back into your computer and email to us.

Please email a request to rentals@floridasunshine.com in order to complete the check-in manually using a PDF that you would need to print.

HOW TO BYPASS OUR OFFICE AND TRAVEL
DIRECTLY TO THE RENTED PROPERTY:
If you complete this online check-in for your reservation at least 24 hours prior to arrival we may allow you to bypass our office and travel directly to the property. To bypass our office your reservation must also have been paid in full at least 7-DAYS prior to your arrival. Then 1-DAY (24 hours) prior to arrival we would send you the specific arrival instructions + how to enter the property.

IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE ONLINE CHECK-IN:
If you are unable to complete the online check-in process (including failing to complete it at least 24 hours prior to arrival OR not paying your account in full prior to arriving) you must come to our check-in office / front desk reception area first. At our front desk reception area you will complete the registration process in person, pay your account in full, then proceed to the rented property.

WHY DO WE NEED THIS INFORMATION? Officially check-in time at the rental is 16:00 hours ( 4 PM ) however often times the rentals are available earlier. If we are aware the method you will be using to arrive in Orlando it helps us with the preparation of each rental property. For those who are arriving after dark, it helps us make sure the rental properties are properly prepared for a late arrival. If you have not made travel arrangements at the time you complete this online registration please skip to the next section.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
Arrival + check-in time at the vacation rental is 16:00 (4 PM) and on the day of departure the check-out and departure time from the vacation rental is 10:00 (10 AM). All vehicles must have exited the driveway in full with the front door locked and the property secured no later than ten o'clock in the morning. By placing your electronic signature in the box below and by selecting the "YES I AGREE" option from the drop down menu, you agree that you will not arrive at the rented property until 16:00 hours (4 PM) and that you will exit the property in full with all vehicles out of the driveway no later than 10:00 hours (10 AM). All early arrivals and late departures must be authorized by the staff of ALEXANDER HOLIDAY HOMES IN WRITING. Any un-authorized early arrival or late departure is subject to additional fees and surcharges.

KEY AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
By placing your electronic signature in the box below and by selecting the "YES I AGREE" option from the drop down menu, you assume sole responsibility for any damage caused to the rented property during your stay. You authorize ALEXANDER HOLIDAY HOMES to deduct directly from the credit card number entered in this registration form the full amount of all costs incurred. In addition, you agree that If any key(s) are not returned to the check-in location an automatic charge of $50 American Dollars will be levied against your credit card.
