Arrival + check-in time at the ORLANDO VACATION HOME is 16:00 (4 PM) and on the day of departure the check-out and departure time from the vacation rental is 10:00 (10 AM). All vehicles must have exited the driveway in full with the front door locked and the property secured no later than ten o'clock in the morning.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CLEANING FEE


CLEANING FEE:
As part of your rental with the SUNWING company an additional cleaning fee will be charged to a credit card. This cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card that you register on this website, prior to arrival in Florida. More information about cleaning fees can be found HERE.

KEYS:
If any key(s) are not returned to the front door lock box at the rented property, an automatic fee of $50 American Dollars will be charged to the same credit card after your departure.

You also assume sole responsibility for any damage caused to the rented property during your stay including failure to return keys when you exit on the final morning. You authorize the local offices of the ORLANDO VACATION HOMES to deduct directly from the credit card registered on this website the full amount of all damages incurred.
