As a vacation homeowner you are required BY LAW to submit monthly tax returns detailing rentals in your vacation home to the state of Florida and the county in which your vacation home is located.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to contact these departments and arrange for coupon books to send your payments directly.

We will submit all taxes generated by reservations from Alexander and Associates (Alexander Holiday Homes) on your behalf to the state and county. Details of any rents / taxes will be shown on your monthly owner statement.
