COVERS UP TO $1000
Accidents can happen! This damage waiver covers inadvertent or accidental damages and breakages at the rented property, up to a $1000 American dollar value.
INCLUDES:
- Accidental breakages to crockery, glassware, furniture and patio screens
- Minimal and removable stains on carpets or furniture due to spills of beverages or food
- Blocked toilets and plumbing
DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Deliberate damage caused to the
property
or its contents
- Damages costing more than
$1000
American dollars
- Theft
HOW TO SELECT THIS OPTION:
- All new reservations created as of April 11, 2024 will have this included as part of the reservation. (An additional $75 will be added to the cost of all new reservations.)
- For all reservations created prior to April 11, 2024, the option to add this damage waiver can be added for an additional $75. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to arriving if you have any questions.
